Can't decide on a class? You don't have to. All the classes are included in
your monthly membership. (workshops and registered classes not included)
Why not try them all?
- Beginners are welcome to this slow, and gentle class designed for self care, mindfulness, and
ease. This one hour class is suitable for toning the muscles, improving balance and circulation
with little impact on the joints. Learn to breathe deeply, become more flexible and build strength.
- Emphasizes the integration of inner and outer, breath and body, mind and heart. Variations of
postures given so you can challenge your edge or take it down a notch.
- Hatha Flow is a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series.
Hatha Flow involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and
creates a more cardiovascular workout. Suitable for students who have had a regular yoga
practice for a few months.
- Sweat, purge, release, cleanse and purify in this juicy, fun, invigorating, yoga class. The room
will be heated. Please bring a towel and water.
- These class target the abs and the gluts in order to achieve core strength and both healthful and
cosmetic benefits. All levels welcome.
- Anyone who would like to get their stretch on are welcome to this slow, restorative class
designed to help you regain flexability. Great for newcomers to yoga, those who have physical
limitations, injuries or who would like to touch their toes again.
- Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that
emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga targets
the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that
normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. All levels
welcome.
- The main focus of this vigorous class is endurance. By building on strength and increasing your
body awareness the link between the postures, the mind and breath becomes clearer. The
temperature of the room will be elevated slightly (approx 30 C) to encourage sweating so please
dress accordingly and bring water. Although all levels are welcome a basic understanding of
asanas is encouraged
- Additional strength and flexibility building postures are introduced. Postures are linked with the
breath and may be held longer than in the Beginner classes. All levels welcome.
- Have fun in this active class, Danielle will guide you through a challenging but fun flow practice
with great music and lots of laughter. Suitable for students who have had a regular yoga practice
for a few months.
