• Green Bits (ages 4 - 7)
  $80.00/6 weeks - limited to 12 students
  - Your child can learn to make healthier choices by better learning how their bodies work.  Using poses appropriate for this
   age level our Green Bits class focuses on building self awareness, confidence, and self esteem through yoga, games and
   movement.  Enjoying one of our classes, will help improve their focus, improve motor skills and can help to improve their
   listening.

  • Postnatal Yoga (Mom and Baby)
  $90.00/6 weeks - limited to 10 students - 75 min
  - Bond with baby in this gentle ongoing class that helps to gain strength, tone muscles. Learn
   yoga poses for  baby.  Wind down with a soothing relaxation and share time with new moms.
   Class is for moms with babies that are not crawling yet.  Moms are asked to wait 4-6 weeks
   after delivery before practicing. No yoga experience necessary.

  • Prenatal Yoga
  $90.00/6 weeks - limited to 10 students - 75 min
  - Prenatal yoga classes are taught with an emphasis on increasing body and breath awareness,
   prenatal bonding, and relaxation techniques to promote the well-being of yourself and your
   baby.  Safe movements and stretches are designed to strengthen and open the body, allowing
   you to meet the challenges and transformations of pregnancy with confidence and calm.
   Postures are presented with variations appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.

Registered Yoga Classes


Our registered classes (excluding our afterschool tween yoga) run for 6 weeks at a time. Class size is dependant on available space and we work on a first come first served basis. A minimum of 3 students are required for all of our classes to continue as scheduled.
  • Grey & Green Yoga (Parent & Child ages 8 and up)
  $130.00/6 weeks - limited to 12 students
  - The connection created in our Grey & Green class will help you bond with your child.  Partnering with your child is more
   than just strength and flexibility.  Yoga helps build self awareness, balance, and focus.  You and your child can learn to
   make healthier choices by better learning how your bodies work. Our classes focus on self esteem, breathing, and simple
   relaxation techniques that are fun.
